The Best Tai Chi learning video I've ever seen.

This video is optimized for viewing on a desktop or laptop computer,
and is best viewed full screen.    Better yet, if you have screen mirroring, this video can be viewed on your large flatscreen TV.

As a beginner, someone suggested that I follow my Tai Chi instructor's foot movements first, then follow his hand movements.  It was 2015, my first week of Tai Chi and it was sage advice.


Here, Paul names each tai chi form just milliseconds before the movement begins giving his narration exactly the right amount of time neurologically for our brain to make a strong connection.  This precision timing is what makes this an excellent practice video and the best way to learn Tai Chi.
